MEETING.
The first step is for us to meet. We'll discuss where you are at, and see if this program is a good fit for you. We will also go through what the full process looks like, so you feel prepared and confident.
PREAPPROVAL.
You guessed, it. Next step is that pesky pre-approval. Many want to just jump straight in, but we need to be sure what price range you are qualified to be looking in and that the bank will in fact give you a mortage.
THE REST.
Then we get to house hunting, negotations and more. My job is support you, help you find the perfect home, negotiate the best deal, guide you and take as much off your plate as I can.
